The 413 Foundation has three causes which it funds.  The Tomeka D. Russell Scholarship is offered to undergraduate and graduate students who aspire to attend medical school.  We also offer small grants to academic researchers studying triple negative breast cancer when funding permits.  The foundation supports breast cancer advocacy groups through financial support.
